BSc Engineering (Industrial), Registered Estate Agent and Principal, Director Propergation Estates Group. Lambertus founded Propergation Estates in 1994 as a property management business, managing a growing property portfolio. Lambertus was one of the visionaries who identified a number of commercial development opportunities in Durban Road, Tyger Valley. In the period from 1994 - 2010 development projects in excess of R 650 million were planned and completed and new development projects to the value of R 400 million are planned and will be completed by 2012.

B Comm (Accounting), MBA, Registered Estate Agent. Piet joined Propergation Estates during 1997. During his time with Propergation Estates he has gained valuable knowledge of the property industry, as well as in-depth knowledge of each department. Currently he is the operational manager of the group and is in charge of implementing the CEO's vision and strategy throughout the group, as well as the coordination of the different departments with each other.

Registered Estate Agent. Wally joined Propergation Estates during 1996. He is in charge of the project management of all developments, re-developments, tenant installations and major maintenance projects.

Registered Estate Agent. Ryan joined Propergation Estates in January of 2012.

Diploma - Public Relations (PRISA)/Secretarial, Certificate - Law of Sectional Title Meetings Course (Paddocks), Registered Estate Agent. Anel joined Propergation Estates during 2001 and was appointed head of the Marketing and Promotions Department. Due to the expansion of Propergation Estates’ management services she was promoted to Head of the Sectional Title and HOA Management department from 2009.

Diploma - Public Relations (PRISA)/Secretarial Studies (Durbanville College). Elize was appointed as the assistant to the Marketing and Promotions Manager in 2002. She gained valuable experience and was key to a number of exciting and very successful promotional events. In 2009 she was promoted to Manager of the Marketing and Promotions department.

B Comm Honours, CA(SA). Francois completed his articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers during 2000-2003, thereafter he was promoted to an Assistant Manager and later to a Manager. Francois joined Propergation Estates during 2007 as the Group Financial Manager. Currently he also heads the Asset Management and Risk Management division.

Diploma in Financial Accounting, Company Secretary and Cost and Management Accounting, B Comm Honours intermediate year (Accounting) (UKZN). Irma completed her SAIPA articles and audit articles from 2001 - 2005 and is a registered member of SAIPA. She worked as an audit senior during 2006 and joined Propergation Estates during September 2006 where she was appointed head of the Financial Department. Her responsibilities include tax and group secretarial work, VAT and management report reviews, management of debtors, group audit preparation, annual financial statements and group consolidations.

B. Econ (Stellenbosch), Registered Estate Agent, Sarita joined Propergation Estates in 1999 and was the Manager of Sales and Leasing until she elected to become an independent broker within the company during 2009.
