History

An integral part of any property development is the project management tasks that go hand in hand with the development process. We use our own in-house project manager in almost all of our developments. Wally has been part of Propergation for the past 10 years and has valuable in-depth experience and knowledge of all aspects of project management, whether small, medium or large developments.

Our aim is to be involved in the property development process from start to finish. This includes a thorough project management process, including detailed costing of the project, deadlines, the tender process, evaluation of work in process, dealing with sub-contractors, actual versus budget costing, and more.
