MAINTENANCE
With skilled Tradesman and Technicians, as well as Maintenance vehicles to run between Properties and our own Workshops, we are able to ensure short turn-around times on all call-outs. Most of our maintenance related tasks are therefore performed in-house, whereas more specialized tasks are contracted out.

With an efficient, knowledgeable and experienced labour force, we are also able to do internal installations to tenants' requirements.

GARDEN SERVICE
Buildings enhanced with neatly maintained gardens, creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Under the supervision of a qualified Horticulturist, our Garden Services team creates and maintains gardens to compliment the properties under our Management. Services include ground maintenance, lawn mowing, weeding, control of shrubbery and replacement, as well as seasonal planting.

SECURITY
To ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors, we employ qualified Security Staff, which are trained in access control, CCTV monitoring and general guarding duties. The Security Officers are on 24-hour patrol at all retail and office premises.

Through industry affiliations, we are able to provide additional security services such as armed response, alarm monitoring, armed escorts and guarding.

CLEANING
Cleaning plays a key role in the Property Management Industry. Maintaining a clean environment is essential and affects the market value of the property in the long run.

To ensure optimal hygiene in and around our managed buildings, we provide cleaning services for the general areas in buildings such as foyers, lifts, staircases, ablutions, windows, walls and paintwork.
